Common Legal and Account Questions

Failed deposits are reversed to your JazzCash wallet within 2 hours. pp8 shows the failed transaction in your Deposits log marked as 'Returned.' Contact our Compliance Team if the refund doesn't appear in your JazzCash account after 4 hours.

Withdrawals may be held only for identity verification or fraud prevention. We notify you of any hold within 2 hours with a specific reason. Holds longer than 72 hours are automatically escalated to our Dispute Team and you receive a status email.

Accounts may be suspended for policy violations or security concerns. You receive written notice within 24 hours explaining the reason. Suspended accounts retain access to your balance; withdrawal requests during suspension are reviewed case-by-case within 10 business days.

Your identity documents, address and payment details are encrypted and stored only on secured servers. pp8 does not sell or share your data. We disclose data only to payment processors for transaction clearing and to authorities when required by law.

You may withdraw to any of our active payment rails: JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast. You can link a new payment method in Settings, and it becomes eligible for withdrawal after one confirmation transaction (minimum amount varies by method).

Game outcomes are final once the round closes and is recorded. Disputes may be filed for technical errors (bet not placed, payout miscalculated, or connection loss during play). Submit disputes within 7 days with screenshots or technical logs for review.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) are marked dormant but not closed. Your balance remains accessible. Account is reactivated upon login. No fees are charged on dormant accounts under pp8's terms.
